As TSG expands its reach and ventures onto new media platforms, we are constantly trying out new ways to share our thoughts with our readers. We are experimenting with a new format where we Tweet or Retweet news with our own commentary. It’s a quick way for us to share news on Twitter using the hashtag #DailyHotTake and also allows us to compile it in an easily digestible format here on the site. We’ll be playing with this news format, but we figured there would be no better time to try it out than the frantic week of E3. Please enjoy our thoughts on the EA press conference below.
FIFA 18
The best part of FIFA 19 seems to be the new grass physics, which are way better than Battlefield V's grass physics. #EAPLAY #DailyHotTake #TSG3

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order
The announcement for the latest Star Wars game was very awkward. As the earnest host, Andrea Rene, pressed this poor fella for more details he clearly wasn’t able to share yet. There wasn’t any footage shown, just some uncomfortable banter. We’re glad to have confirmation that this game is coming at the very least.
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, the latest game from Respawn Entertainment is set between episodes III and IV. This news takes a little bit of the pain away from Amy Hennig's canceled Star Wars game. #DailyHotTake #TSG3 #EAPLAY

Sea of Solitude
The SOS announcement featured the most heartfelt moment of the conference. Creative Director Cornelia Geppert took the stage to reveal a powerful game about loneliness. She could hardly contain her excitement, but when they finally played the trailer, we understood why.
Sea of Solitude explores loneliness in a very unique way. The lead developer is very passionate about this project and now, so are we. Can't wait to play it. #EAPLAY #DailyHotTake #TSG3 pic.twitter.com/up7T3IorVy

Anthem
We got a long hard look at Anthem and while it is very beautiful, we’re not fully convinced yet. It’s coming out at the end of February, so there’s still some time to win us over.
Anthem has to really sell me. Not because the game looks bad, but because Destiny burned me twice. I'm willing to give it a chance though. #EAPLAY #DailyHotTake #TSG3
